"Instructions were confusing"
The order arrived fine, but the instructions were not very clear. I’m not sure how to explain it, but it felt like the paper skipped over parts that should’ve been obvious, and the little diagrams were hard to make out. I ended up searching online just to figure out some of the setup. Maybe it’s fine if you already know pool equipment, but for a regular customer it was frustrating and took way longer than it should have.

Prices were definitely better than what I’d pay at my local pool store. Shipping wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it was fine. For the money I saved, I’d say it was worth it.

I ordered a few pool parts because the site said they were in stock, but then a few days later I got an email saying most of the stuff wasn’t actually available. Umm, that was frustrating since I could’ve just bought it somewhere else and had it sooner. They really need to keep their inventory updated better because it ended up wasting my time

"Coupon worked after a quick retry"
I ordered some pool chemicals and figured I’d try one of the promo codes I found on their site, since I saw other people mention they’d had luck with them. It did work, but I had to enter it twice before the discount finally showed up.

The sale prices were decent too, not massive savings, but enough that I felt like it was worth using the code. Checkout was straightforward once the coupon actually applied.

I’d give it 4 stars because the deal was legit, and I’d probably try another code there again. I just wish the coupon box wasn’t so picky the first time around.

When it showed up, the packaging just felt a little off to me. I kept thinking, “Is this actually the real brand, or am I overthinking it?” I can’t say for sure either way, but it didn’t give me that fully genuine feel I was expecting.

The parts showed up quickly, so that was a plus, but the quality felt a bit cheap. The filter was listed as compatible with my model, but it didn’t fit right and I had to mess with it way more than I expected. this one feels hit or miss, and I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

I bought this as a replacement part, and once I finally got it on, it seems to do the job fine. But the install was frustrating. The instructions weren’t much help, and a few things didn’t line up the way I expected, so I ended up spending most of my Saturday messing with it.

I ordered a replacement filter along with some test strips, and the box arrived later than the estimated delivery date. On top of that, the filter was the wrong size, even though my order confirmation clearly showed the correct part number. Customer service did get back to me, which I appreciate, but it took a few days and I had to send the same pictures more than once. They did sort it out in the end, but it was a lot more trouble than it needed to be

Ordered this expecting it to match the specs listed on the page, because silly me, I thought that was the whole point of having specs. It didn’t. Customer service took their sweet time getting back to me and wasn’t exactly overflowing with helpful solutions. Definitely won’t be buying this again.

I’ve been waiting around a couple weeks for help with the warranty, and it’s still not really sorted out. The return process was also more of a hassle than I expected, with maybe 3 or 4 back-and-forth messages just to get basic info. Overall, frustrating.
